About the Artwork +
Renowned artist Dinesh Molela's Terracotta Artwork, "Kala Gora/Bhairav - The Frightful Deity," vividly captures the wrath of Bhairav, the formidable Shaivite god, in a breathtaking display of anger and power. This exceptional work of art showcases Bhairav, also known as Dandapani, who wields a formidable rod to chastise wrongdoers. Molela's mastery in Terracotta Art breathes life into Bhairav's ultimate furious form, with earthy tones, dominating the color palette. The intricate patterns and motifs etched onto the sculpture convey the intensity of Bhairav's divine rage. This captivating piece not only tells the story of the deity but also serves as a testament to Molela's extraordinary skill in the ancient art of terracotta. This "Kala Gora - Bhairav" Terracotta Art is more than a sculpture; it is a transcendent work of art that transports viewers into the depths of Hindu mythology, exploring the divine's fierce and awe-inspiring aspects.
