Pratima Bharati, a state award-winning artist, has developed a new type of Madhubani painting in which contemporary lines and geometric patterns meet classical patterns. She is the winner of the Delhi State Award for Outstanding Artists. She has exhibited in Hong Kong and around India, and she has taught Madhubani painting to thousands of people through MeMeraki.
