This magnificent Pichwai painting by Shehzaad Ali Sherani radiantly depicts Sharad Purnima, a sacred full moon night in Hindu tradition celebrated for its divine association with Lord Krishna’s Raas Leela. At the center stands Shrinathji (a child manifestation of Lord Krishna), glowing in celestial splendor beneath the full moon, dressed in opulent, jewel-studded attire with intricate patterns and a radiant golden crown haloed by divine light. Surrounding him are elegantly adorned Gopis (milkmaids) in vibrant, flowing lehengas of red, yellow, green, and violet hues, each displaying graceful expressions of devotion and ecstasy. The Gopis admire lord Krishna and raise their arms in synchronized gestures of adoration, symbolizing the spiritual unity between the divine and the devotee during this auspicious night. Beside the gopis, is a senior priest, draped in a dhoti and lavish jewels, offering a bowl to Shrinathji, a gesture marking devotion and respect. The lush foliage with large banana leaves and a deep blue sky speckled with stars and the glowing moon evoke the serenity and mysticism of the Vrindavan forest under moonlight. The silver patterned flooring and temple-like architecture adorned with miniature depictions of Krishna further enhance the sanctity of the scene. In front of Lord Shrinathji are placed certain offerings and miniature shrines dedicated to him. With meticulous detailing, luxurious textures, and emotive expressions, Shehzaad Ali Sherani captures the divine lila of Sharad Purnima, where devotion, art, and myth converge into timeless beauty and spiritual ecstasy.

For international artwork orders shipping charges of 4000 INR* are applicable.

For Lippan and Terracotta Artworks, We charge a Shipping rate on a per Kilogram basis.

All artworks are packed and couriered securely in a tube.

Ready To Ship/ In Stock artworks are shipped in under 2 weeks. We only accept return requests for Ready to Ship/ In stock artworks placed within a week from date of delivery. However, no returns can be accepted for international deliveries.

Made To Order artworks will take 2-3 weeks to be made and shipped once they are ready. Returns are not applicable on Made To Order artworks.
