| Bio | A Pioneer in one of the most complicated art forms, Dr J Dundaraja is a cherished student of late Y. Subramanya Raju ( 1907 -1995), the court artist of Shri Jayachamarajendra Wadiyar, whose work adorn the walls of the Kalyana Mantapa in the Mysore Palace. Dr. J Dundaraja's Mysore Paintings have been exhibited at biggest shows and Art Centers in both Domestic & International Forum. His artwork exemplifies expressions, detailing & the subtle relief work which is hardly found in the present-day Mysore Paintings. Dr. J Dundaraja, has been practicing the artform for the last 31 years and is credited to have trained more than 700 individuals. |
