About the Artwork +
In this Madhubani painting, Vibhuti Nath depicts the first time Lord Ram met Mata Sita. It marks the beginning of their journey together as a divine couple, symbolizing the union of two souls who are meant to be together. The meeting in the garden represents the fulfillment of destiny and the unfolding of divine plans. It highlights the idea that Lord Ram and Sita were destined to meet and play their respective roles in the grand narrative of the Ramayana. The meeting between Lord Ram and Sita is depicted with a sense of ethereal connection. Their eyes meet, conveying a deep recognition and understanding of their destined union. It is a moment charged with divine energy, where their souls resonate in harmony. The garden itself comes alive with vibrant colors and intricate detailing. The garden exudes a sense of tranquility and divinity, serving as the perfect backdrop for this auspicious meeting.
